Consumer experience – please read before hiring
In August 2025, I appointed JHONY & MARCIO LANDSCAPERS LTD to carry out refurbishment works at 30 Derby Road, Enfield.
The works were agreed to be completed by 31 August 2025. However, several months later the project remained unfinished, with multiple items incomplete, including the bathroom, kitchen, lighting, staircase, and electrical works.
A significant advance payment of £43,000 was made. Despite this, the property was left unusable, and I have since had no option but to engage alternative contractors to complete and rectify the works.
There were repeated assurances that work would restart, but this did not materialise.
This post reflects my personal experience only. The matter is now being handled formally through solicitors. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to carry out thorough checks, ensure all agreements are in writing, and be cautious about large advance payments.
